1. Shipping costs:

We offer Standard Insured Shipping charges on all products: Free shipping.

2. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-off Time Domestically:

Excluding holidays. In general, Our shipping time to the UK is 2-15 days and our shipping time to countries outside the UK  is 2-15 days including the U.S. The order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM(GMT). Domestic order handling time is 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note: these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on shipping destination, product availability, and carrier delays.

3. Delivery Terms:

We utilize different shipping and delivery methods depending on the size and weight of the items in your order and your location.

Note: Items will be sent to the shipping address you provide when placing your order. We cannot accept a P.O. Box for these items as a shipping address because our shipping partners cannot deliver to a PO box. We suggest you provide a street address for delivery if purchasing furniture items.

4. Taxes and duties 

All packages are shipped from our store. There is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping in our store.

5. Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@kulkorner.com

6. Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

7. Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact at contact@kulkorner.com us so that we can conduct an investigation.

8. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us at contact@kulkorner.com

If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

9. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

10. Track Your Order

Please visit the Order Tracking Page and track your order easily using the tracking number or your email.

Note: During public holidays, since manufacturers and courier companies will restrict operations during this period, shipping time may be affected.
